When to Grooming Our Dog

We should Set Up a Grooming Calendar. There's more to grooming your dog than simply brushing. Set up a grooming calendar to help you keep track of your dog's grooming maintenance schedule.

 Daily or Weekly:

Brushing is very important to your dog's regular coat maintenance. How long should you brush it, depending on the type of coat your dog's coat, which is consistent with the amount its regularly sheds.

Brushing keeps your dog's coat in good condition by removing dirt, spreading the natural oils on the skin throughout the coat and preventing the coat from tangling and matting.

Dogs with smooth, short coats need only to be brushed once a week. Dogs with short, dense fur that's prone to matting need to be brushed every few days. Dogs with long, silky hair require daily attention.

This is a very basic guideline as there are a lot of different coat types such as curly and wavy coated etc.

 Per Month:

Wash once a month, or use a special cleaning wipe to wipe the body.

If your dog has a very busy social life, hiking with you or swimming on the beach, you need to adjust its grooming schedule of completion, after each picnic can use a brush or a bath.

Use each grooming session as an opportunity to find the dog's skin on the lumps and lumps. Also look for evidence of skin irritation and fleas or ticks.

In addition: If your dog is not comfortable, do not force this problem. Simply rearranged. And remember to end every combing session, whether it is brushing or a complete bath work, hugging or treating.
